These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Just3Things mobile application (“App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Use of the App

- You may not use the App in any unlawful manner or for any harmful purpose.
- You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the App.
2. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for all activity that occurs while using the App. Do not disrupt normal operation or attempt unauthorized access to systems.
3. Intellectual Property
The App, including all content and features, is our exclusive property. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the App under these Terms.
4. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access at any time if you violate these Terms. You may also terminate use by deleting the App.
5. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The App is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for any damages from your use or inability to use the App.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States.

Just3Things does not require account creation or personal information. The App may collect technical data such as:

- Anonymous usage statistics (e.g., screens visited, button clicks)
This may be collected via services like Firebase, used solely to improve app performance.

- To understand user interactions
- To fix bugs and improve features
- To monitor performance
We do not sell, trade, or share data for marketing purposes.
3. Data Storage and Security
Data may be stored on your device or in the cloud (e.g., Firebase). While we take security seriously, no system is completely secure.
4. Your Choices
You may delete the App to remove local data. For cloud-stored data deletion, contact us.
5. Children’s Privacy
The App is not intended for children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

We may update this policy periodically and recommend reviewing it from time to time.
End User License Agreement (EULA)
